Registration and Payment Procedure

  1. Go to https://eps.eshiksa.net/DirectFeesv3/IIT_Dhanbad/index
  2. Select “payment category” as “CONFERENCE /COURSE FEE”
  3. Fill “Participant’s Name”
  4. Enter your Organization name.
  5. Fill “Admission No. / Employee ID” – enter identification number suitable to you.
  6. Select Programme “OTHERS”.
  7. Fill “Conference / Course Title”- Write “ IPRoMM 2022”
  8. Fill GST amount – 18 % of the fees (mentioned in your category)
  9. Fill “Conference/course Fee”- remaining 82% (mentioned in your category)
  10. Check total “Amount paid” – should match your category. 
  11. Enter GSTIN, Ref No. and Date – if applicable to you.
  12. Enter your Mobile No.
  13. Enter your Email address.
  14. Put remark, if any.
  15. Select your payment mode.

Proceed for payment ……

Must do:

    1. After completion of the payment process a payment receipt will be generated.
    2. Please fill the google form with the payment receipt as attachment. Form Link: https://forms.gle/qEPtiJ2Z2Cx5MMUFA
    3. If, any difficulty arises during receipt generation, but payment is successful, note down the details of payment and write an email to ipromm22@iitism.ac.in.
